Danny did an awesome job! I was looking to purchase a property and already had one inspection completed but I hired Danny to do a final inspection. Danny was on time and professional. He has a wealth of knowledge. Dan is my 203k consultation, I can say that I am 100% happy with his services. He was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient with deadlines. 203k is a hard transition, as a customer I had to see the bigger picture and educate myself on the 203k process. My family and I are excited for for our home renovation!!! Thanks Dan you are the best.

If I could give a negative star I would. I usually do not write reviews, but this service takes the cake. From day one it was a problem. I should have known after reading the ONE review he has on him. He showed late for the inspection. When needed again to come out, he never showed. The inspection he provided was not thorough and unprofessional. Now that we have bought the home, we have found out there are termites in the floor board and around the window. Any other inspector could have seen that if they actually know how to do a HUD inspection. the inspection report was not detailed, nor gave any indication he did any real inspecting of the property. If anyone reads this review I would suggest not using this service. Also, it took weeks for him to finish the report which delayed our closing. Buyer beware
